 Conditions of Sale/Hire.
Once costumes have been accepted change/alteration can only be carried out if there is a problem.     This policy does not apply to wig hire, but style change is available.
Items are sent by recorded delivery .                                                                                      *Due to Hygiene regulations, private wigs can not be returned unless unopened /unused.Our experience allows us to recognise if a wig has been used.   

If you are very concerned,then it is best to visit us before purchase. There is a charge for late returns on hire items. All hire items must be returned by recorded delivery on the first posting day after the last night of performance/use unless the client is arranging personal collection or return.   

It is a requirement that new clients sign an acceptance of wig responsibility before wigs are despatched. This is forwarded on confirmation of orders.
